Yi QuanTan Singapore

Dr Tan Yi Quan is a Consultant Urologist at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and Alexandra Hospital in Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2013 as the top Surgery graduate, and was awarded the First Mekie Book Prize and Distinction in Surgery. His interests are in Minimally Invasive Surgical Therapy for BPH, HOLEP, Suction in Endourology and Complex Stone Disease. Dr Tan completed an Endourology Fellowship at the high-volume First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. He was the 2025 Japanese Urological Association Visiting Scholar at Tokai University Hospital. He leads the personalised BPH MIST programme at his centre. Dr Tan was the first Urologist accredited to perform iTIND in Singapore. He is an invited Associate Board Member of the Asian Urological Society of Endoluminal Surgery and Technology (AUSET), and a Youth Committee Member of the International Alliance of Urolithiasis (IAU). In 2026, Dr Tan was awarded the prestigious Distinguished Young Urologist Award by the IAU.
