Dr Pradeep Durai is the Head of Department of Urology at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, National University Health System (NUHS), Singapore. He completed his Urology Residency under NUHS and is the recipient of the College of Surgeons Gold Medal for Urology as the best-performing graduating resident in Singapore. He was also the top scorer in the FRCS (Urology) examination conducted by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2019. In 2022, Dr Pradeep was awarded Singapore’s prestigious Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) Fellowship for advanced robotic surgical training at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. His subspecialty interests include robotic and minimally invasive surgery for kidney cancer, upper urinary tract reconstruction, and laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP). He also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor at NUS, Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Urological Association, and member of the MOH Residency Advisory Committee (RAC) for Urology.
