Yi QiLiaw Singapore

Liaw Yi Qi is an Advanced Practice Nurse (Surgical) at the National University Hospital, Singapore. She has a keen interest in perioperative optimisation, Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), and nurse-led models of care that improve outcomes and experiences of patients undergoing surgery. Her clinical work focuses on perioperative care and optimisation of patients undergoing major surgery, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, holistic, and patient-centred care. In addition to her clinical role, Yi Qi is actively involved in quality improvement, research, and service development, with a particular interest in advancing nursing practice and enhancing perioperative care pathways. She is passionate about collaborative care, innovation, and translating evidence into everyday clinical practice to improve the quality and efficiency of surgical care.
