Dr. Ian Tatt Liew Singapore

Dr Liew Ian Tatt graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, in 2011. He completed nephrology training under the National Healthcare Group and obtained his Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) and MRCP (Nephrology) in 2020, together with Specialist Accreditation in Renal Medicine from Singapore’s Ministry of Health. He is currently a transplant nephrologist at Singapore General Hospital, where he leads the deceased‑donor waitlist clinical service. Dr Liew also serves as Education Lead for the Renal Transplant Senior Residency Programme and is a core faculty member. He is actively involved in medical education as a clinical tutor for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes at Duke‑NUS Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. In 2025, he completed further fellowship training through the Singapore General Hospital Fellowship Programme at the Ajmera Transplant Centre, University Health Network, Toronto General Hospital, focusing on expanding transplant volumes and advancing machine perfusion technologies.
