Associate Professor Edmund Chiong is presently Urology Specialty Lead (Chief) in the National University Health System (NUHS) Cluster of Hospitals, Senior Consultant at Department of Urology and Associate Chairman Medical Board, National University Hospital, Singapore, Associate Professor (with Tenure) at National University of Singapore, Chairman of Genitourinary Cancer Programme at National University Cancer Institute and Co-Chairman, Robotic Surgery Program Steering Committee, NUHS. He completed Surgical and Urology training in Singapore, and underwent a 2-year Urologic Oncology clinical fellowship program at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston(Texas), USA. A/P Chiong is Immediate Past Chairman of the Chapter of Urologists and Honorary Treasurer of the College of Surgeons, Academy of Medicine, Singapore, is Chairman, Board of Trustees and Past President (2016-2018) of the Singapore Urological Association, Chairman of the Examinations Committee for Urology and Board member, Residency Advisory Committee / Joint Committee on Specialist Training (JCST), Ministry of Health, Singapore.
