Prof. Bob Yang is a Professor of Practice in Urology, a Consultant Urological Surgeon at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, and a Partner at The Forbury Clinic. Serving as the clinical lead for Functional Urology in Berkshire, UK, he oversees one of the UK's most extensive services for complex UTIs and incontinence. Academically, Prof. Yang has served as the Course Director for the American Urological Association (AUA), the International Continence Society (ICS), and the Société Internationale d'Urologie (SIU). He is also the lead editor for two Springer Nature textbooks focusing on UTIs and male incontinence, and his research has been published in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM). Beyond his clinical and academic work, he is a featured speaker and expert analyst for the BBC, the Royal Society of Medicine, and national bladder health charities. He also is an invited expert for the UK government on UTIs via the All-Party Parliamentary Group. He also lends his expertise globally as a Chief Medical Officer, Key Opinion Leader, or Expert Advisor and Speaker to prominent pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, including A.M.I., Aspire Pharma, Astellas, CJ Medical, Coloplast, iMedicare, IBSA, Inmunotek, Llusern Scientific, Pierre Fabre, and Teleflex.
