Paul Ananth Tambyah is currently Professor of Medicine at NUS and Senior Consultant Infectious Diseases Physician at the National University Health System. He is also immediate past President of the Asia Pacific Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infection and a founding board member of the Asian Association of UTI and STI. He has published extensively in Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infections and Respiratory Viral Infections
