Dr. Karthik Thandapani is a Consultant Urologist in Singapore with expertise in both uro-oncology and benign prostatic diseases. He is a fellowship-trained robotic surgeon, with extensive experience in the surgical management of urological cancers using minimally invasive robotic techniques. Alongside his oncological practice, he has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate disease, particularly benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). He is a high-volume HOLEP surgeon and has been actively involved in advancing endoscopic prostate surgery, contributing to clinical innovation, education, and the adoption of minimally invasive surgical therapies. Dr. Thandapani is passionate about surgical training and regularly teaches urologists through live surgery, workshops, and hands-on courses. His interests include refining surgical technique, improving patient outcomes, and mentoring the next generation of urologists in contemporary management of prostate disease.
